The Cliff one of Nantucket's most popular locations.  Shurburne the original settlement of Nantucket is located in the Cliff area, popular streets located in this area are; Cliff Road, Shubrune Turnpike, Linclon Circle, Steps Beach, and Hinckley Lane.  There is a wonderful conservation area located near the end of Cliff Road called Tuppancy Links, and a little known beach often referred to as water tower beach, a hidden gem on Nantucket Sound.  Known for its views of Nantucket Sound properties in the Cliff are priced higher then some other locations on island with land sales beginning above $1million and some waterfront properties have sold for more then $15 million.
