Dionis is a very popular area of Nantucket. Located on the west end of Nantucket and on the Sound side of the island Dionis offers excellent non wave beaches for families and dramatic sunset views.  Only 4 miles or so back to the heart of downtown Nantucket from most properties in this area offer convenient access to  downtown Nantucket and all it has to offer.  Hundreds of acres of conservation and Town owned property in the Dionis area protect it from too much development and density also most properties in this area have 2 acre lot sizes, and zoning allows for more estate like settings.
