The Hummock Pond area of Nantucket falls between downtown Nantucket and Cisco Beach,  both Town and the beach are only minutes in either direction.   There are a number of things that make this area special including Bartlett Farm Market, Cisco Brewers and Triple Eight Distillary, 167 Hummock Fish Market, mulitple conservation areas. According to staff at the Nantucket planning board we are expecting a bike path from Town to Cisco beach in summer 2012.  Hummock area and Cisco are two very popular locations for summer vacation rentals and vacation property ownership. Prices for property for sale run from $1 million to $2 million.
