It comes as a surprise to many that there is property on Nantucket for sale that is listed for $500,000 or less.  There is land for sale, condos, and duplexes on Nantucket that have become more affordable in the last few years since the downturn in the economy.  Historically properties in this price point were considered more by year round Nantucketer's but now there are values throughout the market place.
