It has been a number of years since you could find a vacation home on Nantucket listed for sale under $1,000,000; well now you can! There are a handful of "markets" on Nantucket, some properties are considered year round, and others vacation, it has nothing to due with the way the homes are built but more their location on island and proximity to services or beaches. Since the real estate bubble busted we seen price adjustments in all price points on Nantucket, on avg in the under $1,000,000 market I would say approx 30%.
